• Stretch and Relax physio class: Here it's all about releasing tension, lowering muscle tone, improving mobility and feeling good (duration: 30 min., can also take place in the room during breaks).
• Walking unit: Here the condition and the oxygen saturation in the blood are improved, the cardiovascular system is trained and the musculature is strengthened. A pleasant side effect is also getting to know the beautiful mountain park (for groups of 8 people or more, duration: 60 min.).
